We are confident that our customers will find the quality of our products to be second to none. However, if a shipment arrives damaged, we will gladly rectify the matter to your satisfaction.
Our shopping cart system accepts payment using Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. If you prefer not to pay for your purchase by credit card, we also accept money orders and personal or corporate checks. With this method of payment, you must call in your order over the phone at 515-331-0141. In addition, the check must clear with our bank before we can ship your order. All prices listed are in U.S. dollars. If items you order are out of stock or unavailable, we will notify you by phone and/or email, and your payment will not be processed.
We are required to collect sales tax of 6% on all orders being shipped to customers in the State of Iowa. This tax is calculated on the total of merchandise and any shipping/handling charges.

Our Products normally ship in 48 to 72 hours and are shipped by First Class Mail. Our S&H costs are price based as follows:
- $1.00 to $9.99 = $2.50
- $10.00 to $18.99 = $3.50
- $19.00 to $29.99 = $3.75
- $30.00 to $44.99 = $4.75
- $45.00 & Up = $6.75
Two day service to most cities in the Continental U.S. is $17.50 additional.

Refunds and exchanges are provided for products returned in salable condition within 30 days of receipt with return merchandise authorization (RMA). Refunds or credits will be provided in the case of damage, or an error on our part. A valid RMA number must be included on the shipping label or we will refuse the package. Full credit for the returned item(s) will be issued for unopened and undamaged merchandise within 10 business days of our receipt of the returned package. We do not issue call tags, and all return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Your card will be credited on receipt of the return, and you will be notified via email. Any and all shipping costs cannot be refunded. After 30 days past your receipt of shipment, no returns are accepted. Products that have been engraved with monograms, personal messages, company names, etc., may not be returned.
